Huasquila vient du nom d'un type d'arbre que l'on trouve dans les extensions du lodge. Il se caractérise par la présence de nombreuses lianes ou "Huasca" qui poussent autour de l'arbre "Ila" et finissent par prendre le dessus. En d'autres termes, Huasquila est un arbre plein de lianes et de plantes qui vivent autour de lui.

Situé à seulement 3 heures de l'aéroport de Quito et avec un service de transport privé de l'hôtel ou de l'aéroport à Huasquila, nous sommes la meilleure option pour un forfait de 3 ou 4 jours. Itinéraire

Jour 01

Arrival at the lodge

Arrival at the lodge and lunch. After break, we will have a short walk to the waterfall of 12 meters high where you can give yourself an energetic bath. During the tour you will see medicinal plants, a lagoon, the Huasquila tree and the experience of a vineyard. Back to the lodge, a delicious dinner awaits us, accompanied by the singing of the toads of the lagoon in front of the restaurant. Then, you will be the protagonist of a chocolate session where you will know the whole process of making it, starting with the toast, continuing with the grinding until tasting a delicious dessert with fruits.

Jour 02

Jungle Trek

After breakfast, we will start a jungle trek (3h approx.) surrounded by a primary and secondary forest, we will cross a cave of 120 m. Long where you can find bats. A few meters away and next to our native guide, we will go to the waterfall “Golondrinas” of 14 meters. Of height, offering you the opportunity to immerse yourself in its waters. Upon return, you will visit a Guayusa plantation and factory. In the afternoon, after lunch we will visit the Kichwa community, and you will be part of the typical dance, its culture and the preparation of the famous chicha. In the evening, you will enjoy a dinner with specialties from the region. Then, you will have a 40-minute night walk. Around the gardens where you can see toads, grasshoppers, insects and with a bit of luck bio-luminous fungi. Ending your experience in the jungle.

Jour 03

Canoe trip & Visit to Amazónico Rescue Center

After breakfast, we will depart to Punta Ahuano where you will enjoy a full day Misahuallí with canoe, here you will do the following activities: canoe trip, walk to the Ceibo, visit to the Amazónico rescue center with the option of going down the river in tubing. We will also visit the caiman lagoon and taste the box lunch to then take the river transport back to the port. We will conclude the day with dinner at the lodge.

Return trip

After breakfast, gather your belongings for the return trip.

Cancellation less than 59 days before the arrival date: A penalty of 100% of the deposit applies. Cancellation less than 8 days: Penalty 100% of the total payment.
