Tour Overview
Located deep in the Ecuadorian Amazon, the Napo Wildlife Center offers one of the most immersive experiences in the region’s rainforest. This Ecuador trip begins with a short flight from Quito to Coca, followed by a scenic motorboat ride down the Napo River and a leisurely rowboat trip through the streams of the flooded forest. The lodge is situated on Lake Añangu, within the ancestral territory of the Añangu Kichwa community. This Amazon tour includes guided excursions to parrot clay licks, rainforest hikes, canoe explorations, and wildlife viewing from an observation tower rising above the forest.
